"I just wanted to thank Anthony at the Starbucks location on Beverly and Workman. Unfortunately I had a drink that was made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and he got back with me. I was very impressed that he wanted to meet me and was able to make it right and he went up and beyond and I thank him for that."

"It would be nice if the music wasn't so blaring loud I swear I can't hear myself think with such a volume and the manager won't do anything about it claiming the volume is necessary in order to keep up the ambience. The only thing the volume is keeping up is inconsideration towards the customer's needs and it represents noise pollution. Please correct the matter or this location will be included in the list of sources where noise pollution exists"

"God forgive me I just spent $5.75 on a tiny flavorless Bacon Gouda Sandwich. I don’t understand why I did it but I’m sure that I will never do it again. Servers and location no complains at all. It’s just me."

"I love Starbucks but this place has such a poor design it's very small for how kitch l much traffic goes through there, but they never disappoint in getting my order. Maybe today they were little overwhelmed on how busy it was."

"I probably shouldn't post this cause they'll run out of product, but the blackberry sage refresher with water, no lemonade, is the absolute best. Be aware they do have caffeine, which sucks."
